PDF Proofs

A PDF proof is a computer file that you receive as an email attachment which shows exactly how your product will look prior to cutting, folding, creasing, padding, etc. You must have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to receive a PDF file. Please note that a PDF proof...either requested by you or required by us for some products, has the potential to delay the shipping of your order because your order becomes a manual order rather than an automatically processed order when a proof is requested or required. The ship date of your order will be based upon the day you approve your proof...not based on the day you placed your order.
Proofs are normally emailed to you within a couple of hours after you place your order. If your order is placed after our business hours of 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday, your proof will be emailed to you the next business day.
Proofs are attached to an email, so if your spam level is set high, your proof may have to be retreived from you spam filter.
