  Shipping Policy  
 
We use UPS or Priority US Mail for the majority of our shipments. We charge shipping & handling from our manufacturing location in New Mexico to your address. In most cases, orders are shipped within one business day from the date of the order or if a proof is requested, from the date the proof is approved. Orders placed on Thursday after 12:00 PM EST will not be shipped until Monday.

UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Third Day Select, and Priority US Mail are an available option at checkout (please note the AIR charges at checkout are approximate costs. Depending upon the weight and your location, we may require additional freight charges. You will be notified prior to printing if additional AIR FREIGHT charges are required.) Shipments are based upon carrier business days, which does not include weekends or holidays.

Your order is shipping from New Mexico, please allow a minimum of seven days delivery time from the date of receipt of your email shipping confirmation. Please note that you will informed at order entry the day your order will be shipped. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email the day your order ships as well as an order tracking email from UPS (if your order was shipped Priority Mail, there is not be a tacking email because Priority Mail does not provide tracking numbers).

Personalized Paper Store assumes no responsibility for shipping timeliness regarding UPS, Priority US Mail or any other carrier we may chose to deliver your order and we will not issue a product refund based on the timeliness of a delivery. If your order is shipped Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Third Day Air and the order is not delivered on the specific date, we will assist you to file a claim against UPS for a refund of the difference between UPS Ground and the expediated shipping method you selected. Priority US Mail is not a guaranteed service, consequently there cannot be claims filed against the US Post Office.

ORDER TRACKING:
To track your order in the UPS shipping system, please email Personalized Paper Store at sales@personalizedpaperstore.com and obtain a UPS Tracking Number. (In order to give you a tracking number we will need your name and order number.) To track your package shipped via UPS, please see the email from UPS sent to you on the day your order was shipped called Quantumview. Please follow the instructions in the email on how to track your package. If your order was shipped via Priority US Mail, please allow a minimum of four working days from the ship date prior to contacting us regarding your order.

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method from UPS Ground to Priority US Mail...which will be done at no additional charge to the customer.
