QUESTIONS REGARDING SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- When will you ship my order? The estimated ship date of your order is located at the top of this page directly under our logo. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation the day your order ships.
- If I requested a PDF Proof, will it hold up my order? A PDF Proof will typically add an additional day to the manufacturing and shipping schedule. However, the length of time that a PDF Proof will hold up your order is dependent mostly on how quickly you approve the proof.
- When will I receive my order? IF YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED:
UPS GROUND - Expect receipt of your order in 5 to 7 business days (business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). The days for you to receive your order is an estimate and not guaranteed by UPS.
UPS SECOND DAY AIR - Expect receipt of your order in 2 business days not including the ship date (business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). UPS guarantees delivery within 2 business days after the ship date.*
UPS THIRD DAY AIR - Expect receipt of your order in 3 business days not including the ship date (business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). UPS guarantees delivery within 3 business days after the ship date.*
UPS NEXT DAY AIR - Expect receipt of your order in 1 business day not including the ship date (business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). UPS guarantees delivery within 1 business days after the ship date.*
*If UPS fails to deliver a guaranteed package within the time period you have purchased, UPS will refund the cost of the shipping…not the cost of the shipping and the cost of the merchandise. Personalized Paper Store accepts no responsibility for UPS for guaranteed packages they did not deliver on time. Because the products you have ordered are personalized, we will not refund the cost of the merchandise due to delivery issues regarding UPS.
- What is the status of my order? If you deleted or did not receive your shipping confirmation email, please perform the following steps:
- Go to www.personalizedpaperstore.com
- At the bottom of the ANY page, click on MY ACCOUNT.
- Type in the email address and password you used when you placed your order.
- Under the Order Status dropdown box, select “SHOW ALL ORDERS”, select the date range of when you placed your order, and finally click on "Update List". Your order will appear...click on VIEW to see the status of your order.
- You should be looking at your actual order. At the top of the page, it will show you the status of your order....either shipped, pending, or canceled. If you have additional questions, use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us.
- What is my tracking number? When your order shipped from our facility, you were automatically sent an email from UPS called Quantumview. This email gives the tracking number and also allows you to link directly to UPS to see the scheduled delivery date. Please note that if you selected your order to be shipped or we upgraded your shipping to Priority Mail at no charge, there will not be an actual tracking number because the US Postal Service does not provide tracking numbers. Priority Mail shipping typically takes 3 to 4 business days to arrive at your location.
- How much will my shipping charges be? Shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order and the distance from our distribution facility in New Mexico to your zip code. The only way to find out exactly what your shipping charges will be is to enter your order and start the checkout process. The second page of the checkout process will give you the cost of shipping for UPS Ground, Priority US Mail, UPS Third Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. The shipping charges reflect the actual charges from UPS plus a small handling fee. If you decide at this point that the shipping charges are not within your budget, simply close the order by clicking on the “X” in the upper right hand corner of the active window. If the shipping charges are acceptable, select the appropriate shipping method and move onto the next screen in the checkout process.
- Can you bill the shipping charges directly to my UPS or Fedex account? Because our shipping function is an automatic function within our order entry system, our system will not allow us to charge shipping directly to your UPS or Fedex account.
- Do you ship to foreign countries? We ship products only within the continental United States and it's territories.
